Mexico Cooks!

The last time I had lunch at The Prado, both the day and the food were delicious. If I recall correctly, I chomped down every bit of the Cobb salad.

And FYI, oh great Diva, that cream cheese flan is famous in Mexico. Its name is Flan Napolitano; I have an excellent recipe and would be happy to share it with you.

Yes, why haven't I been back to the Prado in so long?
It is truly a beautiful setting. Oooh, Pisco sours. By the way, Inca Pisco, the national drink of Peru used to be (don't know if it still is) sold in black clay decanters in lovely ethnic forms. I have most of them except the LLAMA. If anyone knows where I can get an Inca Pisco llama, please, please, let me know.

Back to the subject. I'm sure the courtyard seating is in demand on these glorious summer nights. It might be worth a wait or can you request it with your reservation?
Gayla always makes everything sound soooo scrumptious, no matter filet mignon or lowly meat loaf. I'm signing off and going to get something to eat.
